Responsibilities
Design and build scalable full stack platforms that make it easy for engineers to integrate AI services into their products and workflows
Identify high leverage opportunities to apply AI to areas such as code generation, testing, deployment, and operational automation, delivering measurable gains in efficiency
Define patterns, standards, and architectural guidance for using AI responsibly, with a strong focus on reliability, security, and performance
Collaborate closely with product, machine learning, and engineering partners to understand needs and deliver production ready solutions
Continuously evaluate new AI tools and techniques, share learnings, and champion approaches that improve quality and speed while maintaining trust and safety
Qualification
Required
At least five years of experience building full stack software
Comfortable working across front end, backend, and infrastructure layers
Hands on experience with modern front end frameworks such as React, TypeScript, Angular, or Vue
Worked directly with AI or machine learning tools and platforms, such as model frameworks, large language model APIs, or developer copilots
Experience navigating technical complexity in fast growing environments and adapting to rapid change
Background includes building and maintaining complex systems using languages such as Python and frameworks similar to Django
Designed and operated scalable databases
Built robust APIs
Deployed services in cloud environments
Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure and DevOps tooling, including provisioning resources, monitoring systems, and responding to defects
Write clean, testable, maintainable code
Take pride in solving hard problems well
Deeply curious about artificial intelligence and have explored its use in professional or personal projects
Eager to learn quickly and responsibly, always looking for ways to work smarter and improve engineering outcomes
