FHC Clinic /Quality Manager
Medical Center Health System is seeking a FHC Clinic/Quality Manager to provide leadership for the health center site team and manage the clinic's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement program. The role involves directing site activities, coordinating QA/PI activities, and ensuring the clinic meets quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities
Provides leadership for the health center site team and is responsible for the general operations of the assigned clinic
Manages the health center’s Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QA/PI) program
Performs duties necessary to ensure assigned area of operations functions independently as well as interdependently to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Family Health Clinic
Directs and coordinates all site activities, including patient registration, revenue cycle and clinical functions
Responsible for coordinating QA/PI activities, including HRSA quality and privileging requirements, and collecting, monitoring, and reporting data used to evaluate quality of care and performance of selected clinical and quality indicators
Assists with coordinating the Quality Committee meetings of the Family Health Clinic
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field
One to three years' experience in a medical practice
Preferred
Licensed nurse or certified medical assistant
FQHC clinical experience
