They are seeking a proactive Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to identify and evaluate acquisition targets, manage the M&A pipeline, and support early-stage deal conversations aligned with their BPO strategy.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate acquisition targets aligned with corporate strategy
Build and manage the M&A pipeline, supported by strong market intelligence
Conduct initial financial and operational screenings
Prepare executive-ready pitch decks and opportunity assessments
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics
Deliver SWOT analyses and capability gap assessments
Support early-stage valuation and synergy modeling
Lead early-stage deal conversations with confidence and credibility

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Strategy, or a related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years' experience in corporate development, investment banking, or strategy
Proven experience sourcing and evaluating deals, ideally within BPO or services
Strong financial modeling and business analysis capability
Clear, compelling communicator with excellent research and presentation skills
Comfortable working with CRM and pipeline management tools
Able to operate independently and move opportunities forward
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
Must be willing to submit to drug screening
