Business Development Executive
The ASSURANCE group is a growing life sciences organization seeking a driven Sales Professional to develop and win new business across various markets. This role focuses on selling outsourced contract sterilization solutions and building trusted relationships with customers to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within pharma, biotech, CDMOs/CMOs, sterile pharmacies, and medical device manufacturers
Build trusted, consultative relationships by educating customers on sterilization modalities, RTU component portfolios (vials, stoppers, seals), and packaging solutions
Drive revenue growth by developing a strong sales pipeline and positioning the organization as a preferred partner
Research target accounts to understand funding, product pipelines, and current sterilization or packaging strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, quality, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and healthcare or life sciences sales experience
Working knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP, and ISO quality systems
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, consultative sales mindset with the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
Preferred
Familiarity with outsourced sterilization, RTU products, or GMP manufacturing environments
