Responsibilities

Lead with Confidence: Take command of all assigned flights, making critical decisions to ensure safety and compliance with federal, local, and company regulations
Deliver Excellence: Maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems to operate with precision, manage flight plans, and adapt to changing conditions to guarantee a seamless travel experience
Collaborate and Mentor: Work closely with the Second in Command, imparting knowledge and skills to prepare them for future leadership roles
Champion Safety: Perform the functions of the In TSA Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) under the provision of the twelve five standard security program or private charter standard security program as applicable. Conduct the required passenger safety briefings or assign that duty to the second in command. Actively support open communication on safety issues, report hazards, and uphold Jet Aviation’s commitment to a secure environment. Record and report all aircraft discrepancies as they occur
Provide Administrative Excellence: Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete accurate trip paperwork according to company procedures
Represent the Brand: Be the face of Jet Aviation, showcasing professionalism and dedication to our mission of delivering exceptional service

Required

Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical
3,500 hours total fixed-wing time, including 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command, 1500 hours multi-engine, 500 hours turbojet, 500 hours turbine, 100 hours night and 75 Simulated Instrument
Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles
Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions
High school diploma required
Valid driver's license

Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a deep understanding of the aviation industry
College degree preferred
The ability to handle responsibilities with integrity and discretion
Appropriate Aircraft Type Rating and Currency
