Responsibilities
Oversees manual inventory and data entry to the property database of record ensuring discrepancies are corrected and asset records are accurate
Control and document assets through the life cycle of receiving, barcoding, tracking movement of assets and disposition of assigned equipment/material
Document moves and update/track movement of assets between facilities
Run reports to assess and maintain consumable stock levels completing equipment reorders as required
Manage equipment movement between facilities
Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities
Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory, and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times
Must have a valid driver's license
Comprise logistics analyst and technician to be part of a team of Property Administration professionals focused on supporting the customer's mission at the largest site in the customer's enterprise
Ready for full days, fast pace, and a variety of skill sets used throughout the week
Perform the full spectrum of duties associated with shipping/receiving, inter-plant transfers, barcode assignments and database maintenance
Able to account for annual inventory of thousands of accountable items, working with security and government logistics managers for disposition
Assist other work centers to identify and satisfy their logistics requirements
Attention to detail and ability to track multiple logistics tasking through established and evolving policy a must
Participates in special projects as required
Must be able capable of performing all duties assigned to team members, including lifting, carrying, and loading equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Must be able to access IT equipment in, under, and around office furniture, as part of annual inventory is required
Must be able to manage and execute tasks associated with palletizing and de-palletizing equipment during day to day operations or staffing shortages

Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance level must currently possess
Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance level must be able to obtain
5 + years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Technical skills: Must have MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook skills
Proficient in creating, modifying, and organizing spreadsheets with large line items
Proficient in database entry, maintenance, and quality control
Must have a valid driver's license
