Boeing Aerospace Operations is seeking a Tool and Die Maker - CNC Operator to join their SAMC back shop team in San Antonio, TX. The role involves setting up and operating CNC milling machines, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC milling machines
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Document production data and maintain accurate records
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist
5+ years of experience in operating CNC machines (milling, turning, etc.)
5+ years of experience in G-code programming and CNC controls
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a frequent basis
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination skills working with small parts
Strong computing skills, excellent communication skills and customer-oriented
Ability to work a variable shift (1st or 2nd)
Preferred
Experience with CAD/CAM/CATIA software
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
