Qualification
Required
Full-time student in a 4-year (BA, BS) Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, IT, and related fields
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8
Be legally authorized to work within the U.S
Excellent written/verbal communication
Strong critical thinking, organizational and planning skills
Quick decision-making abilities using good judgement
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Preferred
Familiarity with computer charting applications such as Visio and some experience with LLMs such as Claude and GPT
