Responsibilities
Develop a working understanding of annuity products and carriers
Use resources like Annuity Rate Watch and Index Standard to stay informed about available products and carriers
Coordinate with the Case Planning Operations Specialist to understand the requirements for identifying replacement opportunities
Compile book of business reports using information from carrier websites and Microsoft Excel
Build out spreadsheets and formulas to expedite and enhance the process of identifying replacement opportunities
Support data gathering, validation, and organization related to client cases and replacement analyses
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client and advisor information with care
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Case Planning team as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
Preferred
Interest in financial planning, insurance, or wealth management
Experience working with data, spreadsheets, or reporting tools
Prior internship or administrative experience in a professional setting
