Responsibilities
Review project schedules and provide recommendations based on project execution goals
Perform critical path analyses and identify schedule-related problems, recommend corrective actions
Conduct site walks for progress validation and prepare monthly reporting packages for the project site team
Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to support the program
Review the contractor’s progress and present it to management for decision-making
Communicate project status and challenges effectively
Review and evaluate contract change orders and amendments for impact on budget and schedule
Qualification
Required
Two to four years of construction experience in any of the following industries: Airports, Wastewater or water facilities, Healthcare/laboratories, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Government facilities (USACE/NAFAC/public safety), Educational (K-12 schools/higher education), Commercial (office buildings/lodging)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Passion and commitment to learning and participating in the Boot Camp program
