Supervisor, Service Materials Specialist Team

Responsibilities
Manage, motivate, and coach team members to drive engagement and performance. Foster professional growth through effective development and involvement strategies
Embed organizational values by modeling desired behaviors and recognizing individual and team contributions
Plan and allocate labor, space, and service materials to meet and exceed customer requirements
Ensure training programs are efficient, effective, and maintain versatility across the team
Organize and prioritize daily activities, adapting to changing needs to achieve goals
Lead initiatives focused on safety, quality, service, cost, and space optimization using best practices and available tools
Partner with teams such as Purchasing, Demand Planning, Service Development, Quality, and Finance to achieve objectives while sustaining a high-performance, highly engaged culture
Promote and maintain safety standards, quality assurance, and compliance while delivering exceptional service levels
Ensure clear, effective two-way communication across teams and stakeholders
Maintain accurate records in compliance with quality system requirements. Prepare, analyze, and distribute operational and financial data related to service materials to support quarterly and annual plans
Oversee and contribute to the procurement of service materials through established processes. Manage calibration of test and measurement equipment globally and activities related to Field Service Engineer Assigned Inventory (FSEAI), NCEP/CAPA, and VIPs
Perform additional responsibilities as required
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven experience in managing and leading teams and projects
Background in planning, supply chain, or related functional areas
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to adapt quickly and remain agile in a dynamic environment
Highly motivated self-starter with strong initiative
Preferred
Familiarity with Servicemax, MyBuy/Ariba, and SAP systems
Experience working in a regulated environment
Prior experience in the medical device industry
Benefits
Compensation may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
