Responsibilities

Lead, coach, conduct meetings, and support Branch Office Managers and Relationship Bankers
Conduct regular branch visits to assess performance and provide hands-on guidance
Drive branch performance related to deposits, new accounts, sales, and service quality
Ensure consistent customer experience and address escalated customer issues as needed
Collaborate with branch leaders to implement operational improvements and best practices
Ensure branch operations comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements
Partner with Organizational Development and Compliance to support training and risk management
Represent the bank through community and civic involvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

Ability to travel between branches and work flexible hours as needed
