Start in 2026 SummerJLL is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services, and they are seeking an intern for their Project and Development Services within the Hotels and Hospitality Group. The intern will collaborate with project management teams on various tasks including vendor management, RFP development, and finance reconciliation, while gaining exposure to the construction industry.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the project management team to create presentations, budgets/financial documents, and other project deliverables
Support vendor management, RFP development, scope development, and finance reconciliation
Perform project coordinator tasks such as data entry, project contract administration, and compiling monthly invoice batches
Gain real-world experience in managing complicated hotel renovations and developments, and strengthen overall business acumen by working with a variety of clients
Collaborate with the Project Management and Operations teams to update and clean up spreadsheet data, as well as analyze data for accuracy
Take meeting notes, track project schedules, and complete site visit summaries
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed, in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Independent thinking and work abilities
Ability to collaborate with multiple individuals and meet deadlines
Interest in the construction industry
Proactive and self-motivated mindset
Thrives in fast-paced team environment
Knowledge of PC, Windows, Internet applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Highly energetic and able to work independently
Excellent customer service, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and creative
Permanent US work authorization required
Preferred
Experience related to project or construction management, architecture, engineering or commercial interior design preferred
