Responsibilities
As a leader of teams and individuals who lead others, ensures a culture that aligns the passion and talents of others to serve the people we support by actively developing others, empowering teams, promoting collaboration, removing barriers, achieving results, showing recognition and appreciation to attract and retain diverse talent
Creates an environment where everyone can thrive
In partnership with operational leaders, human resource, quality, and nursing: welcomes, onboards, and trains and mentor’s new leaders joining on the team and identify additional training and development needs for programs and leaders’ team as part of Quarterly Connections
Maintains a focus on metrics and budget to positively support area and state business results
Demonstrates positive leadership behaviors leading the way through individual behavior
Be the resource for any colleague, person we support, or parent & guardian in the home if local leadership efforts to resolve a topic are not successful
Bring recommendations forward related to quality and process improvements for our employees and those we serve to enhance standard operating procedures
Qualification
Required
Two to three years of previous experience in a similar work position, volunteer/community role, or educational setting that focuses on serving and helping others
Two to three years of previous leadership experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
