InternPickle is a fast-growing peer-to-peer fashion rental platform where people rent and lend outfits within their communities. As a Growth Fellow, you’ll play a hands-on role in scaling Pickle on your campus by hosting events, building partnerships, and driving user engagement.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute regular IRL activations, including pop-ups, closet drops, and event-based moments
Identify key community and campus moments where Pickle should show up (e.g. sorority events, formals, game days, local festivals)
Source great local closets and help community members upload their pieces
Drive new user downloads, rentals, and repeat usage in your market
Help first-time renters get their initial Pickle experience
Collaborate with HQ on creative growth experiments and local strategy
Act as Pickle’s eyes and ears on the ground—sharing feedback, trends, and opportunities
Qualification
Required
Are resourceful self-starters with strong hustle and follow-through—you bring real startup energy
Are well-connected in your community, campus, or city and enjoy bringing people together
Have great taste and cultural intuition—you know what's trending and what people are excited about
Communicate clearly and confidently, both online and IRL
Are organized, proactive, and able to move quickly
Are excited about Pickle and genuinely want to help grow what we're building
Can commit ~8–10 hours/week for 3 months
Comfortable showing up IRL on a regular basis to host pop-ups and activations
Excited by hands-on execution, experimentation, and ownership

You're already a Pickle user—or excited to become one
The Connector: You're tapped into your local scene — whether it's your campus or buzzy communities. You are deeply tapped into social networks in your city and are a trusted source your peers look to for recommendations
The Supply Maven: You've got great taste and know others with incredible closets. Maybe you're a stylist, a creator, or just the fashion girlie one everyone turns to for outfit help. You can list 10+ people in your network whose closets you can help upload onto Pickle
The Event Host: You have experience hosting events and know how to bring people together — whether it's a curated gathering, a closet swap, or a community meetup. You can pull off a high-impact event on a low budget and still make it fun, intentional, and on-brand. Plus, you're detail oriented, and can execute quickly without a hitch
The Jack of All Trades: You wear multiple hats and get scrappy. One day you're handing out gift cards on a main street, the next you're popping up at a buzzy workout studio, and the next you're helping someone upload someone's wardrobe that you just met. You're eager to roll up your sleeves and are creative to drive meaningful growth
