Responsibilities

Interns will work closely with HR leadership and contribute to projects that advance our strategic priorities
The intern’s summer project will focus on work optimization across the broader workforce, identifying opportunities to enhance the workplace experience as well as simplify processes and workflows, while reducing unnecessary complexity
This includes exploring innovative, technology-enabled approaches to improve efficiency, clarity, and employee experience at scale

Required

Completion of first year of a graduate program by internship start
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Preferred

MHA, MPH, MBA, or HR-related graduate program candidates
Experience in HR, organizational development, or process improvement
