Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment
Work collaboratively in a care team model with Medical Customer Service Specialists, MAs, and LPNs
Utilize Epic EMR for seamless patient documentation
Participate in a shared call rotation (low volume, telephone-only)
Qualification
Required
Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician
Ability to deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
Experience in providing preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment
Ability to work collaboratively in a care team model with Medical Customer Service Specialists, MAs, and LPNs
Familiarity with Epic EMR for seamless patient documentation
Participation in a shared call rotation (low volume, telephone-only)
