Technical Recruiter (Mid-Level)
WOOD Federal Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Recruiter to support high-volume, high-priority hiring pipelines. This role focuses on sourcing, engaging, evaluating, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates across technical and cleared labor categories.

Responsibilities
Conduct deep‑dive screening for technical alignment and candidate readiness
Maintain long‑term candidate relationships aligned to WOOD’s upcoming labor needs
Manage candidate movement and communication throughout hiring workflows
Support hiring managers with candidate updates and pipeline intelligence
Maintain clean, compliant, and up‑to‑date data in iCIMS / Workday
Provide insight into the market, candidate availability, and competitive trends
Own sourcing and engagement strategies for complex or cleared positions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience
5–7 years of full‑cycle or technical recruiting experience
Strong ATS proficiency (iCIMS, Workday) and sourcing skills
Ability to engage candidates over long timelines and maintain high‑quality pipelines
Strong communication, organization, and process discipline
This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens
