Responsibilities

Design and evolve financing products that meet merchants’ lifecycle needs, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design to implement lending solutions within platform ecosystems

Analyze local and global market trends, customer behavior, and data to identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation, work with GTM, and local AM teams to shape acquisition, activation, and retention strategies

Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure regulatory adherence and accurate financial modeling

Track and analyze performance of lending products across different segments and geographies. Drive initiatives to improve funnel conversion, increase utilization, and enhance repayment behavior

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field

Relevant experience in fintech, lending, e-commerce, banking, or credit risk

Solid understanding of credit product mechanics, risk management, and financial modeling

Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and stakeholder communication skills

Experience working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced, agile environments

Preferred

Relevant experience in SME or merchant financing space

Knowledge of LATAM regulatory landscapes
