Administrative/Laboratory Assistant

Titus Talent Strategies is partnering with an organization specializing in equine reproductive services for clients nationwide. The Administrative/Laboratory Assistant will perform a variety of administrative, clerical, and technical duties in support of laboratory and operational functions under the supervision of a Team Leader.

Responsibilities

Assist with client billing and related communications
Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and operational coordination
Accurately record and maintain documentation of all clinical processes using equine software systems, spreadsheets, and lab notebooks
Assist with clinical laboratory data collection and organization
Create and maintain laboratory schedules for all clinical processes
Assist the lead scientist and leadership team in clinical processes
Receive and ship equine specimens
Ensure laboratory supplies are adequately stocked
Provide administrative and special project support as assigned by leadership
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment aligned with organizational goals
Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
Assist with orientation and training of new staff members
Adapt to changing organizational needs, including supporting other staff and adjusting assignments as needed
Maintain competency in all areas of responsibility to ensure high-quality work
Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and work standards, including attendance and scheduling requirements

Required

Ability to work weekends (Saturday required)

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred in animal-related fields, or currently pursuing such a degree
