They are seeking an experienced Title Examiner to support their production teams and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant title deliverables.

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily title deliverables for assigned orders
Enter search data from the title abstractor's report into the title production software
Identify title issues and curative requirements
Review purchase and sale contracts
Perform title curative tasks
Coordinate and review HOA, survey, and MLS documentation
Deliver title products to clients
Communicate and escalate title issues to management as needed
Track post-closing discharges and releases
Prepare and deliver final title insurance policies to lenders and consumers
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of the real estate title process
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers, clients, and vendors
Preferred
Prior relevant title and closing experience
Experience with ResWare and/or Qualia
Knowledge of state-by-state processes and their impact on the closing process
