Responsibilities
Hands-on leadership of daily clinic operations across two sites-•must be available in person for hands-on oversight at both clinics weekly
Direct management of front and back office staff, scheduling and billing coordination
Ownership of staff performance, accountability, hiring, onboarding, and corrective action
Real-time problem solving to ensure smooth patient flow, strong access, and operational consistency, and excellence in patient care
Active partnership with physician leadership on operational execution and growth initiatives
Oversee staff handling scheduling, patient access, call handling, lead follow-up, referral coordination, and clinic flow
Oversee team scheduling coordination, manage HR platform and payroll
Manage non-provider staff performance including coaching, reviews, and team development
Ensure strong insurance workflows including authorizations, utilization review support, and documentation compliance
Monitor operational KPIs related to patient experience, access, staff productivity, and revenue cycle support
Manage our RCM coordinator to coordinate billing processes, collections follow-up, and front-end revenue operations
Implement and enforce SOPs, workflows, and accountability systems across both locations
Oversee vendors, office systems, and daily operational priorities
Maintain culture of professionalism, ownership, and service excellence
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years in healthcare operations, medical practice management, or clinic management
Strong experience with insurance-based medical practices, authorizations, and revenue cycle workflows
Proven people manager with the ability to hold teams accountable and build high-performing culture
Self-directed, decisive, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced outpatient environment
Driven, independent, execution-focused 'operator' who thrives on ownership and results
Preferred
Background in psychiatry, behavioral health, integrative medicine, or specialty medical practices
Benefits
Performance Bonus: $5,000–$15,000 annually based on operational KPIs
Total Compensation Target: $75,000–$105,000
