Responsibilities
Support and manage day‑to‑day operations for a 100+ attorney Finance practice
Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic goals and execute key initiatives
Prepare agendas, reports, and follow‑up items for partner and group meetings
Partner with Human Resources, Professional Development, and Inclusion & Belonging teams to support attorney growth
Assist with matter staffing and monitor workload distribution
Support recruiting pipelines, performance evaluations, and development plans
Develop training and CLE programs and support coaching, mentorship programs, and individual development planning
Collaborate with Marketing/BD on rankings, RFPs, client pitches, and events
Assist with pricing proposals, budgets, and fee estimates
Identify and implement workflow, billing, and process improvements
Coordinate matter staffing across teams, offices, and practice support roles
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (Business, Law, or related field)
5+ years of legal practice management experience or 8–10+ years of legal practice experience
Strong communication, leadership ability, and emotional intelligence
Proven problem‑solving skills and responsiveness
Preferred
JD preferred
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
Experience supporting attorney development and talent programs a plus
