Responsibilities
Assessing the needs of prospective clients and linking them to the appropriate resources
Assist prospective clients via phone, and email with questions and concerns
Act as liaison between court, bond company and the firm
Enter prospective clients into the case management system and maintain file
Collect/request, review, organize, identify key/important information
Review all applicable rules and practice standards to ensure compliance
Ensure appointments are calendared
Help with phone and reception duties as needed
Overtime hours are available
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required
1 year of court, bond, and/or legal experience is preferred but not required
Bachelors, or Associates degree is preferred but not required
