Responsibilities
Integrate WalkMe with client-facing platforms and portals, including:
Online Banking
Mobile Banking
Digital Customer Onboarding
Account Servicing and Self-Service Portals
Evaluate incoming WalkMe enhancement and support requests from the banking business team
Scope, design, configure, and deploy WalkMe solutions, including:
Smart Walk-Thrus
SmartTips
Launchers
ShoutOuts
Onboarding and in-app guidance flows
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align WalkMe solutions with business processes and user needs
Provide expert guidance on WalkMe best practices and scalable digital adoption strategies
Lead WalkMe implementation initiatives from planning through execution
Support training and enablement efforts to ensure successful adoption
Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and optimization of WalkMe use cases
Qualification
Required
Proven, hands-on experience with WalkMe configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of digital adoption strategies within banking or financial services environments
Experience supporting customer-facing and internal banking platforms
Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of user experience optimization in regulated environments
Preferred
Experience in retail banking, commercial banking, or financial services technology
Prior experience working as a Training Lead or in a similar training/project delivery role
Familiarity with enterprise platforms integrated with WalkMe (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow)
