Responsibilities
Provide direct support to attorneys and supervisory paralegals across all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, trial execution, and settlement activities
Qualification
Required
Paralegal Certificate or Juris Doctor (JD) required
Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience or relevant project experience supporting litigation efforts
At least 1 year of experience in automated litigation support
Strong working knowledge of federal and state court systems, procedures, and filing requirements
Experience conducting legal research using LEXIS and Westlaw
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Hands-on experience with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, document review systems, and imaging tools
Working knowledge of ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures and resources
Ability to consistently deliver high‑quality work under extreme time pressure
Preferred
Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred
Trial experience strongly preferred
Candidates eligible for clearance reciprocity
Active or recent T2 Public Trust clearance or higher (contractor or federal)
