Operations Coordinator

R+L Carriers is a family owned, privately held transportation company founded in 1965. They are seeking an Operations Coordinator to assist in safety, HR, and administrative duties while supporting P&D/Dispatch Operations at their Rock Hill SC Service Center.

Responsibilities

Safety related duties (audit/enter logs, employee training, misc. Safety testing including road tests, review accident/injury reports, terminal inspections, emergency planning, and other misc. duties as required)
HR related duties (recruiting/hiring, new hire paperwork/orientation, maintain employee files and other duties based on terminal needs)
Operations – assist in all aspects of P&D/Dispatch Operations
Administrative duties (assist/report to SCM, coordinate vacations, report POS & lease pay sheets, misc. records/reports, uniform/RL Store/office supply orders and misc. duties as required)

Qualification

Class A CDLManagement experienceMultitaskingCommunication skillsOrganization skills

Required

Class A CDL (experience preferred)
Ability to multitask
Excellent communication and organization skills
Traveling as required

Preferred

Management experience in LTL industry preferred
