Digital Marketing Account Manager
Scroll is a company that helps home builders and home service businesses grow through effective digital marketing strategies. The Digital Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, running paid ad campaigns, optimizing SEO strategies, and building lead nurturing systems to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Build, manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
Monitor performance daily and make optimizations to improve CPL, volume, and lead quality
Test creatives, audiences, offers, and budgets and apply what you learn
Diagnose performance issues quickly and course correct
Review SEO reports and translate data into actionable insights
Identify opportunities around rankings, traffic growth, conversion paths, and technical health
Provide web consulting around landing pages, UX, speed, CRO, and site structure
Collaborate with our web and SEO teams to prioritize improvements that drive revenue
Partner with our CRM team to build and optimize lead nurturing systems in Go High Level
Design and improve follow-up automations, SMS and email sequences, lead routing logic, pipeline stages, appointment flows, and re-engagement campaigns
Ensure every lead generated is properly nurtured, tracked, and monetized
Monitor funnel conversion rates and identify opportunities to increase booked appointments and closed revenue
Oversee Go High Level setups including forms, workflows, pipelines, integrations, and reporting dashboards
QA systems regularly so nothing silently breaks
Own relationships across 25–30 accounts
Lead onboarding and set strong expectations early
Run client meetings that are clear, confident, and useful
Present performance, insights, and next steps
Drive retention, expansion, and long-term trust
Review and approve ad creatives, scripts, and copy with clients
Push for better creative and stronger offers
Ensure messaging aligns with buyer psychology and platform best practices
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads
Comfortable managing 25–30 active accounts without chaos
Understand SEO reporting and how it connects to business outcomes
Confidently discuss funnels, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing
Worked inside CRMs and automation tools, ideally Go High Level
Organized, proactive, and dislike sloppy execution
Value autonomy, accountability, and fast-moving environments
Preferred
Experience with home services or home builders is a strong plus
