This role will lead the creation of a comprehensive onboarding suite and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging training content covering clinical procedures and product education.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain a scalable, best-in-class training and onboarding program tailored initially for Sales and later for other functional areas
Collaborate with SMEs, clinicians, and product leaders to develop comprehensive training modules on clinical procedures and Dornier Endourology products
Establish a structured onboarding framework, ensuring new hires quickly gain proficiency in clinical knowledge, product expertise, and sales competencies
Develop engaging training materials including eLearning modules, facilitator guides, videos, case studies, and assessments
Translate complex clinical and product information into accessible, effective, and interactive learning experiences
Ensure training programs meet compliance and regulatory standards for medical device education
Measure training effectiveness using defined KPIs (knowledge retention, performance impact, adoption rates)
Continuously update and refine content to reflect new products, updated procedures, or evolving market needs
Expand training suite to additional business functions (e.g., Service, Marketing, Operations)
Partner with Sales Leadership, HR, Product Management, and Marketing to align training objectives with business priorities
Build strong relationships with internal experts and external clinicians to ensure accuracy and credibility of content
Act as a training ambassador, promoting a culture of continuous learning across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years of experience in training design and delivery, preferably within the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry
Proven success in building training programs from the ground up, including onboarding and product/clinical education
Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and training technology platforms
Experience working with clinical SMEs and translating complex medical procedures into effective training
Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
