Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings
Follow up on leads quickly and confidently
Sell memberships and retail
Create an exceptional first impression for every guest
Qualification
Required
Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels/service industry
Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Can work weekends and evenings
Has a flexible schedule to pick up shifts as needed
