They are seeking a Chief Architect Officer (CAO) to serve as the architectural authority and guardian of BEAM’s digital foundation, responsible for authoring, governing, and defending the platform architecture to ensure scalability without losing integrity.

Identity, access, permissions, and trust models
Platform readiness for multi-vertical, multi-chapter, and global scale
Buy vs. build decisions with disciplined capital and risk judgment
Architectural sequencing and restraint
Protection of platform integrity as the organization grows, raises capital, and expands
