Bryson Law Firm, LLC is Louisiana’s premier Tax Resolution Law Firm, dedicated to resolving IRS, State, and Local Tax Controversy matters. As a Paralegal/Legal Assistant, you will provide essential support to attorneys and tax professionals, guiding clients through the resolution process and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
Act as a consistent point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process
Manage case files, deadlines, databases, and calendars to ensure organized and efficient workflow
Draft and revise a variety of documents including emails, memos, correspondence, and reports
Coordinate with Attorneys and Tax Professionals to ensure progress toward resolution and maintain regular client updates
Gather and file necessary documentation at case onset, including Power of Attorney forms and financial records
Periodically review files to ensure services remain within scope and identify opportunities for additional services
Analyze and interpret financial data and IRS transcripts to assist in developing resolution strategies
Close out resolved cases by revoking Power of Attorney and collecting client feedback/testimonials
Perform general administrative duties as needed, including scanning, copying, answering phones, and managing incoming and outgoing mail
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a Client-first attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Team-oriented and collaborative in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office software
Familiarity with office equipment and clerical procedures (filing, record keeping, etc.)
Knowledge of office management principles and administrative best practices
