They are seeking an Application Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining front-end applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities
Design and develop front-end components of web applications
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces
Troubleshoot and debug application issues as needed
Work closely and collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements, deliver solutions, ensure a clear understanding of the code architecture, and backlog priorities
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to guide the development process
Work with the sprint coordinator to ensure that sprints are aligned with the sprint goals and that technical blockers are removed
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards
Provide constructive feedback to team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or bootcamp training, or equivalent work experience
Strong proficiency in: Angular (v16+ preferred) and TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks, JSON, and RESTful API consumption
Solid understanding of front-end design principles, UX best practices, reusable/shared component patterns, model-view-viewmodel (MVVM) design patterns, and state management (NgRx or equivalent)
Experience working with Azure DevOps, Git, or similar version control tools
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative team environments
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and collaborative skills, excellent communicator within face-to-face, phone, email, and MS Teams
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Preferred
3 - 5 years of experience in front-end development preferred
Angular (v16+ preferred)
Knowledge of software development best practices, modular design patterns, and test-driven development is a plus
