Responsibilities
Managing and overseeing the operations and development of the spa in accordance with Four Seasons standards, spa mission statement and local culture practices driven by the best possible guest and staff experience
Assisting the director of spa with managing evaluating staff performance, financial aspects of the operation including forecasting, labor, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control
Planning and launches of PR events, internal and external promotions
Responding to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort
Complying with all Four Seasons policies, procedures and standards
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and organization skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Strong computer skills
Knowledge of Book4Time, Birchstreet, Opera is a plus
Work authorization in the United States
