National Sales Manager
YER USA is representing a leader in rotating solutions, and they are seeking a motivated National Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and support existing customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in customer acquisition, business development, and technical support, focusing on providing high-quality solutions tailored to customer needs.
Responsibilities
Identify new business potential and opportunities in the West Coast & Central USA territories
Lead generation and acquisition of new customers, building strong relationships to foster development and loyalty
Provide technical advice to customers, preparing quotations and offering product solutions
Work closely with the R&D team in Germany to coordinate technical information and solutions
Ensure seamless support by collaborating with the USA-based Inside Sales Support Coordinator
Maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track all sales activities and opportunities
Provide product training and technical support to customers, ensuring their needs are met
Qualification
Required
Engineering degree in RF Engineering, Mechanics, or Electronics
Experience in sales and business development for complex technical projects
Knowledge of export licensing (EAR) regulations and coordination of related programs
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Ability to network and collaborate within the Defense, Space, and Aerospace industries
