Responsibilities

Build, QAs, and publishes web content and site updates across our CMS
Serve as the primary web request contact, facilitating stakeholder requirements and alignment
Manage web request intake, routing approvals, and ensuring timely content delivery through project management
Apply web design system knowledge and site standards to recommend effective web solutions
Collaborate with creative and development teams on UX and content optimization
Ensure quality assurance by actively testing and resolving issues before launch
Monitor web performance using analytics and report on engagement and conversions
Maintain content production documentation and optimize publishing workflows

Qualification

Contentful CMSDigital content productionHTML/CSSSEO best practicesStakeholder managementUX designSaaS experienceOrganizational skillsTime management

Required

5+ years of experience in digital content production, web publishing, or related field
Strong understanding of Contentful or similar Headless CMS platforms like Contentstack or Sanity
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions
Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS, UX design, and web accessibility standards
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with SEO best practices
Past experience working in a SaaS, B2B Marketing organization
