Responsibilities

Own full and partial month-end closes
Prepare reconciliations, financial statements, and performance analysis
Support budget, forecast, and operational financial reviews
Ensure GAAP compliance and implement client-specific controls
Identify inefficiencies and design better processes using technology
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Controllers, CFOs, Technology, Optimization)
Present financial insights and recommendations to client leadership teams

Required

Experienced in accounting
Strategic thinker with a love for numbers, systems, and process improvement
Excited about BI, data models, and using information systems to solve real business problems

Experience preparing reconciliations, financial statements, and performance analysis
Support budget, forecast, and operational financial reviews
Ensure GAAP compliance and implement client-specific controls
Identify inefficiencies and design better processes using technology
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Controllers, CFOs, Technology, Optimization)
Present financial insights and recommendations to client leadership teams
Proactive, organized, and a trusted partner for clients
Deliver on time, within budget, and communicate clearly
Leverage technology to reduce redundancies and drive efficiency
