Responsibilities
Develop and manage production schedules for all stages of processing, including fumigation planning, raw material preparation, roasting, and packaging
Coordinate production activities to meet customer demand and sales forecasts
Oversee production coordination for specialty items
Manage finished goods inventory levels to ensure accuracy, availability, and optimal turnover
Track inventory and forecast raw material, ingredient, and packaging requirements
Analyze inventory balances and contract positions and present findings to the sales team on a bi-monthly basis
Review production throughput and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and cost control
Develop and manage production budgets
Monitor net sales reporting and evaluate performance against targets
Analyze rejected product to identify root causes and corrective actions
Review incoming quality analytics and collaborate with quality teams to maintain high standards
Ensure all operations comply with food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience in food processing operations, including Packaging, Sizing, Fumigation, and Roasting
Proven ability to develop and manage production schedules
Experience in coordinating production activities to meet customer demand and sales forecasts
Ability to manage finished goods inventory levels for accuracy and optimal turnover
Experience in tracking inventory and forecasting raw material, ingredient, and packaging requirements
Ability to analyze inventory balances and present findings to the sales team
Experience in reviewing production throughput and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements
Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and cost control
Experience in developing and managing production budgets
Ability to monitor net sales reporting and evaluate performance against targets
