Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of retail assets
Lead the annual CAM, Tax, and Insurance reconciliations/true-ups (Must-Have)
Perform detailed variance analysis and GAAP financial reporting
Collaborate closely with Property and Asset Management on budgets and reforecasts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting (Non-negotiable)
Must have direct experience with CAM reconciliations
Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of retail assets
Lead the annual CAM, Tax, and Insurance reconciliations/true-ups (Must-Have)
Perform detailed variance analysis and GAAP financial reporting
Collaborate closely with Property and Asset Management on budgets and reforecasts
The hiring manager is looking for a 'Property-side' expert (not seeking candidates straight out of Public Accounting)
Preferred
Retail Real Estate experience is strongly preferred (Open-air/Shopping Centers)
Software: Yardi experience is a major plus
