Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst (Benefits & Absence) - Remote

They are seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Analyst to drive the optimization of their Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and associated processes, acting as a key technical and functional partner to HR leadership and business stakeholders.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Lead and manage HR technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Analyze and redesign HR work processes to improve efficiency, partnering with stakeholders in HR, Payroll, and Talent Management
Apply change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions to new systems and processes
Serve as the technical point-of-contact for the HRMS (Lawson/Oracle), performing system maintenance, testing, and implementing patches or upgrades
Provide expert-level production support by troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues via a case management system (ServiceNow)
Manage and audit HRMS user security administration to ensure compliance and data protection
Develop standard and ad-hoc reports to meet ongoing business needs
Maintain data integrity across HR systems by performing regular audits and data analysis
Evaluate existing HRMS functionality and recommend enhancements to better align with business objectives and industry trends
Partner effectively with the Enterprise Information Systems (EIS)/IT team, vendors, and other support teams on system implementations and issue resolution
Develop user guides, documentation, and training materials to support new functionalities and processes
Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members in your areas of expertise

Required

6+ years of combined experience in HRIS, human resources, or payroll, with a strong emphasis on systems management and business process analysis
Demonstrated experience managing HR technology projects, including process improvements and system implementations
Proficient in relational databases and have a deep understanding of a major Human Resource Management System (HRMS) like Oracle, Lawson, or Workday
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to draw conclusions from complex data sets

Preferred

Direct, hands-on experience with Lawson and/or Oracle Cloud HCM
Experience working within the healthcare industry
Familiarity with case management systems, specifically ServiceNow
Proven experience with formal change management methodologies
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
