Customer Success Manager (Mandarin-Speaking)
Scale Social AI is an AI-native marketing platform that helps brands create high-performing content. They are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Success Manager to foster relationships with clients, support campaign launches, and ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Own relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients across our North America market
Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing success for accounts
Be the bridge between clients and our internal teams
Help clients plan campaigns, interpret insights, and optimize results
Manage communication primarily via WeChat, email, and video calls
Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and expansion moments
Document learnings and help improve our playbooks as we scale
Qualification
Required
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
Comfortable working with global clients across time zones
Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts simply
Curious about AI, marketing, and technology
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Preferred
Have worked with SaaS, MarTech, or ad platforms
Have experience supporting China-based clients
Enjoy wearing multiple hats and building processes from scratch
