Responsibilities

Client Onboarding initiate onboarding process through the ops onboarding team
Preparation of Pitches and Decks including research of client portfolios, trade idea development, pricing iterations and grids, sales & trading commentary, data-intensive analytics work
Indicative and Live pricing - Substantial support in the trade structuring & pricing process up to indicative and live pricing
Trade Booking / Amendments(STIX, DDI etc), Post-Trade Processes - Ensuring timely confirms trade confirms are shared with client, trade recaps, EV/revenue booking processes
Trade Settlement – callback verifications, getting SSIs, handholding settlements etc
Manage Revenue / Admin - Updating sales credits, RR linkages, reconciling D2 entries and pipelines

Qualification

Required

1-3 years of experience in trading operations or similar sales & trading support, in either Equities or Fixed Income or similar products
Demonstrate basic working knowledge of derivatives and/or other fixed income products
Strong excel skills are required
Comfortable processing large amounts of information that can be a mix of repeat tasks and bespoke situations
Excellent communicator, comfortable on the phone, with the ability to resolve problems and client concerns effectively
Ability to work and learn independently; thrive on being a self-starter

Preferred

Any previous experience with Bloomberg terminal is a plus
Any previous experience with trade entry or trade lifecycle management systems is a plus
