Student Worker - Internal Audit Intern - BC
Texas Oral History Association is a university-based organization, and they are seeking an Internal Audit Intern to assist experienced internal auditors in performing various audits. Responsibilities
Perform purchasing card and expense report audits
Assist in the performance of various audits and reviews
Introduction to internal auditing
Answer phones and greet guests on an as-needed basis
Filing and clerical responsibilities as-needed
Provide general office assistance and support
Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information
Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information
Assist with various projects, activities or tasks as needed
Ability to comply with University policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Qualification
Required
Strong technology skills in Microsoft Excel and Word and Adobe Acrobat
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to collaborate within a team environment
