Land Real Estate - Inside Sales (Salary + Bonuses)
High Point Land Company is hiring a Land Real Estate Inside Sales Representative to support their land agents by generating and qualifying high-quality leads. This role involves making daily calls to potential sellers and buyers, maintaining records in the CRM, and collaborating with sales leadership to improve performance.

Responsibilities
Make daily calls to landowners, farmers, potential sellers and buyers
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and assess interest, timing, and motivation
Ask strong questions, listen closely, and qualify opportunities for land agents
Schedule meetings and ensure clean handoffs to the field sales team
Maintain accurate records and follow-up in the CRM
Learn how land sales, auctions, management and appraisals work from first contact to close
Collaborate closely with sales leadership to improve performance and results
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate or early-career professional interested in Sales as a career path
Comfortable on the phone and willing to improve quickly
Must have or willing to Obtain an Iowa Real Estate License
Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by progress
Coachable and open to direct feedback
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations
Interested in business, sales, land or real estate long-term
Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful, but mindset, effort, and follow-through matter more than prior experience
