Implementation and Solutions Consultant
ProviderTrust is a company dedicated to creating safer healthcare through comprehensive monitoring solutions. They are seeking an Implementation & Solutions Consultant to facilitate client onboarding, training, and adoption of their SaaS platform, ensuring long-term success for clients.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute detailed new client scoping and implementation readiness activities, partnering closely with Sales and Account Management to define requirements, workflows, integrations, and success criteria
Ensure accurate and complete client data ingestion (file-based and API) by advising clients on effective setup and process management
Serve as a subject matter expert during onboarding, implementation, training and adoption phases
Design and deliver client and internal training programs including live sessions, workshops, videos and ongoing enablement touchpoints
Drive client adoption by tailoring training to client workflows, technical maturity, and use cases
Provide application and user workflow consulting to maximize product value
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve SaaS client and internal learning materials, including:
Training decks
Knowledge base articles
Process guides and videos
Workflow documentation
Own and maintain the client learning library and digital enablement assets, ensuring content is accurate, current, and scalable
Demonstrate strong documentation discipline—clearly capturing requirements, workflows, decisions, and best practices
Provide Tier III client investigations and escalations as needed, with a focus on root-cause analysis and long-term resolution
Maintain accurate client records and engagement history in Zendesk and Salesforce platforms
Collaborate closely with Support, Product, Sales, and Account Management to ensure a cohesive client experience
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, client enablement, training, or solutions consulting
Demonstrated strength in documentation and learning material development
Proven experience delivering client training (live and/or asynchronous)
Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language
Experience scoping SaaS clients, documenting requirements, and guiding implementations
Comfort working with modern SaaS tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Google Workspace)
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client workstreams simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, compliance, or regulated SaaS environments
Familiarity with data ingestion models (files, APIs)
Experience supporting Enterprise or Strategic client segments
