Generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates by making a high volume of calls daily (100+ calls per day)
Connect with new and existing providers to present opportunities aligned with their skills and credentials
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and providers to ensure repeat business and loyalty
Clearly communicate assignment details, expectations, and compensation to ensure a smooth and transparent placement process
Qualification
