Responsibilities

Assist with event planning, scheduling, and logistics
Help coordinate vendors, venues, and event materials
Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
Track event timelines, checklists, and assigned tasks
Assist with inventory, equipment, and supply coordination
Provide on-site support to clients and attendees

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Event coordination, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
