Responsibilities
Lead a small FSQA team, working closely with operations, suppliers, and site leadership to ensure food safety and quality are embedded into the culture of the site
Oversee training, inspections, audits, documentation, and continuous improvement while being visible, approachable, and credible on the floor
Act as the SQF Practitioner, maintain food safety programs, lead internal and supplier audits, and ensure regulatory readiness
Coach and develop your team, setting clear expectations, holding people accountable, and helping them grow
Qualification
Required
Solid grounding in food safety within a regulated environment
HACCP certification
PCQI certification
Confidence working in a high-volume, operational setting
Ability to influence people
Clear communication skills
Ability to drive standards without creating friction
Preferred
Experience with SQF
Strong FSQA Supervisor experience
Leadership potential
Right mindset for quality management
