Dental Office Manager

Cook Dental Group is a thriving dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to take on a leadership role. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing practice performance, team leadership, and ensuring a high-quality patient experience while managing operational execution and compliance.

Medical Practice

Responsibilities

Own overall practice performance, including revenue, expenses, and operational KPIs
Understand and act on production, schedule utilization, collections, and patient flow
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and proactively partner with leadership on solutions
Execute reporting and performance reviews with consistency and discipline
Lead, coach, and hold the practice team accountable to performance expectations
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
Address performance issues promptly and professionally
Foster a culture of ownership, professionalism, and teamwork
Ensure consistent execution of dental operations systems and SOPs
Maintain schedule integrity for doctors and hygiene
Oversee front-office workflows including scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and collections
Coordinate with clinical leaders to support efficient patient flow
Ensure a high-quality, consistent patient experience from first contact through treatment completion
Handle patient concerns and escalations with professionalism and empathy
Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Oversee facility readiness, organization, and safety standards
