Responsibilities
Provide advanced user support for Power BI and Power Automate across the organization
Design and develop Power Automate workflows for business processes and tenant-level automation (e.g., governance, auditing)
Implement security best practices and compliance measures within automation solutions
Utilize Power BI to analyze admin center data, create dashboards, and identify trends for cost optimization and app utilization
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver small development projects in the Power Platform space
Stay current with Microsoft 365 technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Provide coverage and support for related Microsoft technologies such as Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange when needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies
Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation) and Power Automate (workflow design, automation best practices)
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance principles
Experience creating tenant-level automations for auditing and governance
Ability to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights through Power BI
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
Skills within other areas of Microsoft such as Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange is a huge plus
